MLB Experience

Ryan Bench worked within the Texas Rangers Performance Center, where he contributed to player development using advanced data, biomechanics, and video analysis ultimately playing a role in the 2023 World Series Championship.

He worked alongside professional coaches, analysts, and athletes to improve pitching mechanics, hitting performance, and overall player development.

This is the same level of insight now applied to every athlete he trains.

Ryan holds a Master of Science in Applied Health Science (Kinesiology) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in biomechanics and performance.

His work includes:

  • Research on pitching velocity and kinematic sequencing

  • Motion capture and EMG analysis

  • Data modeling and performance tracking

He combines science + on-field coaching to deliver real results.

Current Coaching

Currently working with the Welland Jackfish (CBL), Ryan coaches both pitching and hitting, running live sessions, developing players, and creating individualized programs.

He works directly with athletes to improve:

  • Pitch velocity

  • Command and control

  • Swing mechanics

  • Game strategy
